5: HCD Europeanized dehumidification and drying feeding combination is equipped with honeycomb rotation to obtain stable low dew point dry air. The structure is divided into semi-open and fully enclosed types.
6: This series of dehumidification systems adopts a dual cooler structure to ensure the lowest return air temperature and dew point.
7: All raw material contact surfaces of the optical-grade model are evenly mirror-polished, and the feeding system with loop sealing can prevent the raw materials from being contaminated or re-moistened.
8: Optical grade - The OP model is equipped with a high-performance filter "HEPA" which can effectively filter differential particles up to 0.39pm, with a filtration rate of 99.97%.
9: The optical grade - model is equipped with an electric ophthalmology bucket, which is a powder removal hopper that can remove fine powder from the raw materials and avoid stains in the molding of optical grade products.
